Orders and Shipping

We usually take 1 business day to prepare goods for shipping. To claim free bulk shipping, there is a 14-21 day delivery time. Products are manufactured directly from our manufacturer and delivered directly. This may add additional time to your order depending on demand (usually a few extra business days).


To Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: Orders will usually come within 2-3 business days.

To Adelaide, Darwin, Perth and Hobart: Orders usually come within 3-7 business days.


Korea & Japan:

Approximately 10-20 business days.


United States & Canada:

Approximately 15-25 business days.


Malaysia & Singapore:

Approximately 10-14 business days.

Australia: We will provide a tracking code with your order

Not at the present time. 

We primarily ship to Australia, but can ship to most countries.

Overseas orders include a shipping fee.


With bulk orders of 50 / 100 / 150, we are able to ship for free.


Yes, we are able to pack your orders up to 50 in a single carton or box. 

Additional orders of 100 or 150 dozen come in 2 or 3 cartons respectively.


Each carton weighs 11.5kg and measures 70cm x 40cm x 38cm.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept free returns within 30 days. Customer pays for return shipping.

We only accept returns for shuttlecocks that have not being used by the customer after inspection. 

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately to rectify the issue. Please return the item and we will deliver the new product at no cost.

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged from the shipping company.

In the unlikely event of this occurence, please contact us to fix the issue.

Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake with your order. If we have already shipped it, we will try to retrieve it from the shipping company for you. 

We will be unable to change or cancel the order if it has already been shipped to the company.


Yes, if we have run of stock you can preorder a product and we will contact you as soon possible.
